Scope and applicable law

menu-un.me is operated from Switzerland and primarily follows Swiss data protection law (revDSG/FADP). If users access the service from other regions (including the EU/EEA or UK), additional local data protection rights may apply.

Data we process

Account data (email), profile data (username), letter content you submit, technical logs, and IP metadata.

Purpose

To provide login, deliver and store letters, secure the service, and operate core functionality.

Processors

We use trusted processors to operate the service:

• Supabase (authentication, database, storage, logs) - provider: Supabase, Inc. and affiliated entities.
• Mailjet (transactional email delivery, including magic login emails) - provider: Mailjet SAS.

These providers process data only to provide the requested services and under contractual data-processing terms.

International data transfers

Our processors may process or store personal data outside Switzerland. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our providers, such as contractual and technical protections.

Cookies

We currently use only technically necessary cookies for authentication and session security.
